We are a professional, reliable, customer service oriented business that believes in taking care of our clients and taking care of our employees. We believe that the key to exceptional service for our clients is exceptional employees. Our clients’ first and continued impressions come mostly from our employees. We require our chauffeurs to not only to be exceptional drivers with experience driving limousines, large trucks or have a CDL certification but we look for people who are exemplary individuals in their community and families and who are customer service oriented. We are very particular about who we hire since the safety of our passengers is foremost and because we believe our chauffeurs are the lead representatives to our clients. The following items are required to be hired by Alimena Limousine, LLC.

Once you have been through an interview the following will be required before being hired.

Alimena Limousine requires its drivers to have a clean driving record and with no at-fault accidents on their driving records in the past 3 years.

Signed 7 year MVR from the Department of Motor Vehicles

Copy of driver's license

Copy of Chauffeurs Permit - If you do not have one refer to the link to apply.

Copy of airport permit - If you do not have one, you will need the following to apply:
Signed 7-year MVR from the Department of Motor Vehicles
$5 cashier's check made out to the City of Atlanta
A letter from a limo company registered with Hartsfield Jackson International Airport stating that you will be driving for them. (Alimena Limousine will provide this for new drivers)
Copy of chauffeur's permit
Copy of driver's license

All employees are required to go through our limousine training course prior to driving our limousines.

We have a no-tolerance drug, alcohol and smoking policy. Drivers must be clean from any and all illegal drugs for the past 5 years. Alimena Limousine will issue occasional drug and alcohol tests without notice to our employees. If we find any driver that was drinking before or on the job or doing any type of illegal drug they will be dismissed immediately. If we find any driver that was smoking in or within 25 feet of the car or in front of a client they will be given one warning and then dismissed on the second offence.
